My camera says "please plug in a supported device". I got my laptop 3years ago and haven't used my webcam since, however with my man now working away i thought it would be a good chance to try it out. However it wouldn't work. I phoned up Dell and they are saying its a manufacturing error that has been made internally (so it was their fault basically). Yet they are wanting to charge me over £100 to get it fixed... not the best service. I think ill stick to buying a £10 plug in one from Tesco!
